Thermal systems

Thermal systems engineered to specific duty, pressure, and process requirements.

Our thermal systems are built on a novel tube architecture, developed in-house and engineered for precision performance across a wide range of duties. Every design is modelled and validated through simulation before manufacture, with thermal performance and structural integrity confirmed against the application's exact requirements before a single component is built.

Aerospace

We provide both 2 and 3 stream solutions for our clients. With electrification and hydrogen propulsion, thermal management systems are becoming more important, with higher pressure and more complex systems required. Our systems are able to deliver this in a compact, lightweight package without compromising on performance.

SMR

SMR's require modular heat exchanger systems that reject the same thermal duty in far less volume than traditional shell and tube heat exchangers allow. Our solutions solve this, while still allowing pressures far above the capabilities of plate heat exchangers.

Hydrogen

Hydrogen systems place unique demands on thermal systems, as conditions can vary between extremes: cryogenic liquid storage, high pressure gaseous transport up to 700 bar, and exothermic reaction heat from electrolysis or fuel cell stacks. Our heat exchangers are bespoke to requirements, ensuring an efficient solution, in terms of both thermal design and footprint.
